The Marriott Irvine is rolling out a first-of-its-kind hotel industry program called CANVAS – that invites passionate, local Chefs and bartender entrepreneurs to test their new food and drink business ideas in their hotel-based concept labs.

Starting now until late January, local start-up chefs can pitch their food or drink concept, and be selected to incubate their ideas at the Marriott Irvine hotel, receive up to $50,000 in startup money, 6 months free rent, and get professional advice from Marriott to realize you ambitions. The space is ready-to-build at the Irvine Marriott, and Marriott’s expert team of designers will work with start-up Chefs to help realize a space that supports their vision. Marriott will test their restaurant chops and get the Chef’s idea off the ground.
