Booze & Infuse Cocktail Competition @ the 3rd Annual California Hot Sauce Expo
Bartenders will have 90 seconds to make the greatest cocktail of their life. After a blind taste test from the judges the Winner will receive $500, a trophy and a free trip to NYC to compete in the National Championship in April 2018. Winner of the National Championship will receive $2500 and a boatload of prizes from sponsors.
