Nandomo by HiroNori which specializes in Japanese craft ramen is now officially open for business. They are located in the new Rodeo 39 Public Market. A grand opening is planned for October 17th and 18th.
Nandomo by HiroNori is a modern take on ramen that still preserves its traditional roots. Hiro and Nori met in 2011 in Los Angeles. In 2017, they founded HiroNori Craft Ramen to create an unmatched ramen taste and experience that expresses their passion, knowledge, and craft.
Hiro and Nori have not forgotten the reason why they came to the U.S.: to serve authentic ramen with excellent service and bring joy to their customers. You may have had ramen before but never like this.
