Korea Town’s 6th Avenue Restaurant Group has opened its first Orange County concept Quarters Kitchen – that brings its famous BBQ marinades, sauces and sides to the newly constructed Yorba Linda Town Center. This establishment serves as an expansion of the ‘Quarters’ restaurant brand, well known for its high-grade of marinated meats inside Los Angeles’ Chapman Plaza.
Quarters Kitchen redefines the flavors available in the widely recognized formats of bowls, salads and shareable including hand-crafted Mandu (Korean Dumplings), Japchae (Korean Glass Noodles), Fried Tofu, Bulgogi, Kimchi Varieties and more.
The menu item destined to grab attention is the 1/4LB Bulgogi Burger, that uses soy-marinated & sliced ribeye, combined with lettuce, mushroom, onion, cheese, and house signature sauce between two brioche buns.
