Well my Friends, It’s official. A great opportunity has come up with Patina here on the East Coast, and I’ve accepted their offer. Paired up with a phenomenal Michelin experienced Chef and a 375 seat giant of a facility here in Maryland (30 minutes outside of DC) I’ll be building the Brand New Pilot Restaurant for Patina, Naples Ristorante. The Company has been generous in their rewards including sending me home to California every 2 months to visit with friends and family. So you all won’t be so rid of me quite so completely just yet. It was a hard decision process deciding between here and returning to Downtown Disney, but in the end this was such a great opportunity it couldn’t be passed up, nor the adventure of the east coast.
