While the Breakers Hotel in Long Beach undergoes an extensive renovation to transform the city’s historical landmark into an upscale, boutique hotel, Chef Coleman, the hotel’s new executive chef, is taking to the streets.
The Breakers Roadshow is the ideal vehicle for Chef Coleman to reach new audiences and have them experience his food. Chef wants his customers to be part of the journey, in preparation for the hotel’s re-opening in 2020.
