Lebanese Wine Day Comes to LA

International wines to taste

725

Lebanon is among the oldest sites in the world for wine production. Located on the Mediterranean Sea, Lebanon is rich with history. For more than 5,000 years, the wines from the region have been sought-after by kings and commoners alike. Heavily influenced by the French, the most widely planted varietals include Cinsault, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Mourvedre. In recent years, wines from this Mediterranean country have garnered numerous accolades, and recognition from the wine press as an “emerging” area.

The “industry only” event will be at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday, November 20 from 4:00- 6:00 pm for wine tasting.

Join the American Lebanese Chamber of Commerce for Lebanese Wine Day (sponsored by Lebanese Ministry of Agriculture) and discover wines from 30 different producers.
