CELEBRATED CHEF RICH MEAD TO CREATE SUMPTUOUS, LOCALLY-SOURCED “GREEN FEAST” FIELD DINNER

Rich Mead, chef and owner of Sage and Sage on the Coast is honored to serve as Chef for The Ecology Center’s “Green Feast”-a fine dining and farm experience.The communal celebration is a fine dining and farm experience created by The Ecology Center. Mead’s organic “magic on a plate” will feature freshly-caught seafood, seasonal vegetables grown sustainably at The Ecology Center, and free-range meats. During each course, local producers will share brief stories describing the particular food item’s journey to the table.

WHERE: The Ecology Center Gardens, San Juan Capistrano, CA

MORE: Guests are also invited to join their neighbors to tour The Ecology Center Gardens–learning what it takes to maintain a working organic farm and exploring concepts of ecological agriculture and local food production.
