Celebrity Chef Sara Moulton Receives 2009 Gracie Award

The American Women in Radio & Television (AWRT) acknowledged Celebrity Chef Sara Moulton on June 4th in New York at the 34th Annual Gracie Awards Luncheon at Tavern on the Green that honored the 2009 Local, Public and Student Award Winners. Chef Moulton received a Gracie Award in the category of “Individual Achievement, Outstanding Host-Information or Entertainment,” for her 20-episode series, Sara’s Weeknight Meals, which debuted in April 2008 on public television. As the host of Cooking Live, Cooking Live Primetime, and Sara’s Secrets, Moulton was one of the Food Network’s defining personalities.
The Gracie Awards recognize exemplary programming created for women, by women and about women in all facets of electronic media, as well as individuals who have made contributions to the industry.
