Every Saturday from 8 a.m.-1 p.m., guests can enjoy Acapulco’s new Saturday Breakfast Menu. The beloved Mexican restaurant now offers eight brand-new dishes starting at only $11, available at all locations.

Menu highlights include traditional dishes as well as Mexican favorites and twists on classics, such as Steak a la Diabla & Eggs, an 8 oz. skirt steak, diabla sauce, two eggs any style, and refried beans, served with flour tortillas; a Farmers’ Market Omelette with poblano chiles, artichokes, cotija & jack cheese, habanero-pesto cream sauce, roasted red bell peppers, and breakfast potatoes; and Chilaquiles, a skillet of tortilla strips tossed in habanero cheese and red chile sauce, topped with two eggs sunny-side up and sliced avocado. For pancake lovers, Acapulco’s new Churro Pancakes combine two favorites with five pancakes stacked high and sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar along with fresh blueberries and strawberries—perfect for National Pancake Day on Saturday, September 26.

For 12 and under guests, the kids’ menu offers a children’s Combo with one egg any style, choice of bacon or sausage along with a Churro Pancake; and a Churro Pancake breakfast served with fresh strawberries.

To complement the menu, Mix + Match Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys are available at $12 per person.
