- Lemon Garlic Jus
- Local Microgreens; Stuffed Eggplant Caponata with Zucchini Noodles
- Summer Vegetable Crudité
- Sonoma Balsamic Reduction
- Ahi Tartare with Pacific Tuna, Avocado, Chives, Soy-Sesame Sauce, Plantain Chips, and Mache, among others.
The restaurant was named after Andrei Olenicoff, an amazing young man who was diagnosed with retinal eye disease and 100% of the restaurant’s net profits are donated to The Andrei Foundation, an organization that mainly focuses on eye research and blindness support
