Creator of The Original Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich introduces two new and unexpected creations
Santa Ana, CA (JUNE 2018) – Bruxie, creator of The Original Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich, has decided to show off its buns to guests by introducing two new sandwiches with a never-before-seen (at Bruxie) component: Portuguese Buns. The first new offering, The Boss, features Bruxie’s signature fried chicken with shredded romaine, tomato, pickles and Bruxie sauce. For those who can handle the heat, the second new sandwich, El Jefe, features fried chicken, carnita-spice rub, cabbage-jalapeno slaw, chipotle mayo and pickled red onions.
