Barhyte Specialty Foods has added three more trophies to its display case, thanks to recognition bestowed from theWorldwide Mustard Competition.The company took home two silver awards for itsWillamette Valley Dill Mustard (in the Herb/Veggie category), andSaucy Mama Smoky Garlic Mustard (in the Garlic category.)The company’s co-brandedFood & Wine Honey Dijon Dressing earned a Bronze medal in the Mustard-Based Salad Dressings category as well.
Since the program began in 1996, Barhyte Specialty Foods has earned more than43 Worldwide Mustard Competition awards.This year marks the second Worldwide Mustard Competition award for the company’s still relatively new Saucy Mama signature brand of mustards, dressings and marinades.
