The Porkaholic Seasoned with Catch seasoning and topped with pepper jack cheese sauce, carnitas, bacon, house-cured pork belly and roasted jalapenos.

The O.M.G. Burger
Five pounds of lean ground chuck broiled to order, topped with ten slices of aged cheddar cheese, half head of iceberg lettuce, vine-ripe tomato, shaved red onion, mayonnaise and dill pickle chips. Served on a 14 inch bun with four pounds of seasoned fries.
House-Smoked baby Back Ribs
Lillie’s Q dry-rubbed, applewood smoked and sous vide for 24 hours and finished with Lillie’s Q Smoky BBQ Sauce. Served with house slaw and tater tots.
BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
Slow-cooked pork shoulder with Lillie’s Smoky BBQ sauce, crispy pickled vegetables, house slaw and garlic parsley fries.
Original Catch Burger
10 oz blend of premium Black Angus beef brisket and chuck shoulder grilled and covered with Tillamook Vintage White Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, sweet red onion, vine-ripe tomato, mayonnaise and lettuce.
Roasted Poblano Chicken Skewers
Chicken , poblano, grape tomato and red onion kabobs marinated in achiote paste with cotija and poblano vinaigrette and garnished with a sweet corn relish and herb salad
Herb-Marinated Chicken Tenders
Buttermilk marinated and tossed in our Voodoo seasoned flour, lightly fried until crisp and tender. Served with house made ranch dressing and garlic parsley fries.
