Danish Chef Kofoed Rasmus has won the biannual Bocuse D’or Food Contest! Second place was awarded to Tommy Myllymaki, from Sweden. Third place went to Gunnar Hvarnes of Norway. France won the prize for best meat platter, and Switzerland took home the best fish award. The competition, which consists of making a fish platter and a meat platter to particular specifications in five hours, covered two days in Lyon, France.

“It seems to be the top competition in the world and people come from every country to participate: There’s nothing to compare,” said Pierre Koffmann, a practicing, French-born Chef with three Michelin stars under his belt.
