Beginning Thursday July 11, Chez Soi – a Modern Cafe, which recently opened in Manhattan Beach’s Metlox Plaza, will open for Thursday and Friday lunch, offering chef-owner Mark Gold’s fresh, farmers market salads, made to order, according to guests’ instructions.
The Build-your-own Market Salad, offered Thursdays and Fridays from noon-2:30 p.m., includes choice of “little gem” (romaine heart), kale, baby spinach, arugula or mixed greens, with up to four toppings for $10.
