csbJoin The Ecology Center’s Community Supported Bakery (CSB) and enjoy monthly deliveries of deliciously fresh, local and handmade bread for your table. Order by Thursday, September 18th and pick up your bread at The Ecology Center on Saturday, September 20th.

You may have heard of a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. It’s great way to buy local, fresh and seasonal food direct from a farmer. Well, their Community Supported Bakery (CSB) works the same way. Buy local from BREAD Artisan Bakery and you support your local economy and eliminate packaging and preservatives from our ecosystems.

BREAD Artisan Bakery specializes in handmade, rustic French breads, made early on the same morning of the delivery date to ensure the best freshness and flavors. Some of their speciaties are baguettes, country boule, focaccia, brioche, soft pretzels, grissini, and kouign amann.

Much like a CSA, we offer a SMALL (3 large loaves) and LARGE assortment (6 large loaves) for your CSB pick-up. Your assortment will be based on baker’s choice. You also have the option to add a sweet kouign amann or rustic grissini to your bread selections if you like! Order by Thursday, September 18th and pick up your basket at The Ecology Center on Saturday, September 20th 11am-3pm.
