Locals and guests can now enjoy RAYA’s signature Pan-Latin cuisine from the comfort of their home with RAYA To-Go. Leave the cooking to the talented culinary team of The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel with fresh lunch and dinner selections including the highest quality organic and local ingredients. Menu highlights include favorites like RAYA’s Achiote Salmon, RAYA Romaine, Thai Curry Buddha Bowl, and Brazilian Cheese Rolls, plus a handful of other delicious items prepared with care by the resort’s chefs. RAYA To-Go is available for pick-up and curbside daily from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
