The TrueItalian Summit will take place at Foreign Cinema in San Francisco. The summit will discuss imitation products that cheapen the Italian brand that are often of inferior quality and flavor. As many as 7 out of 10 foods sold in the U.S. labeled as authentic Italian are imposters, according to the Italian Farmers Union.
