Congratulations to Paula Ramirez, newly hired Catering Director for Anaheim Hilton.
Ramirez will only have to walk a few doors down the hallway to find her new office as she has been part of the Hilton Anaheim family for the last six years holding the title of senior events manager and honing her skills in creatively designing, planning and executing events ranging from 20 to 6000 attendees. Additionally, Ramirez excelled in menu design, contract negotiation, and managed department budget analysis and expenditures.
“We are so proud to promote one of our own team members into the director’s chair,” said , Shaun Robinson, general manager, Hilton Anaheim. “Paula has not only taken everything that her mentors have shown her and applied it to her day-today flawlessly, but she has also demonstrated that she is incredibly capable to take on this new role and we are certain that she will exceed all expectations.”
