The TRUFFLES are coming…January 27, 28 & 29, 2012. OTF is proud to announce the first ever One BIG Truffle Recipe Contest! We invite you to submit your best truffle recipe. In the spirit of Molly O’Neill’s One Big Table, we invite amateur chefs to submit original recipes for this first of its kind recipe contest featuring the native Oregon white and/or Oregon black truffles. Three finalists will be chosen by a panel of chefs associated with the Oregon Truffle Festival. Weekend participants will choose the winner!
Prizes
The winning chef will receive a full-access pass to all Oregon Truffle Festival events, paid lodging, and participation in Molly O’Neill’s One Big Table project.
