RAYA and 180blũ at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel are open. RAYA, features a spacious dining room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Salt Creek Beach while 180blũ invites guests outside to the oceanfront patio lounge with 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean. Both restaurants are open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and reservations are not required. The all-day dining menu at RAYA and 180blũ highlights Pan-Latin Coastal Cuisine with signature dishes like the Piloncillo Shrimp, RAYA Romaine, and Achiote Salmon. If you are craving fresh sushi this summer, you’re in luck, both restaurants are serving a delicious sushi menu Thursday through Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m. starting July 2nd.
The well-being of our guests and Ladies and Gentlemen at the hotel and in our restaurants is of utmost importance and they are committed to proving a clean and comfortable environment to all. In our restaurants, dining seating is spaced 6 feet apart and tables are sanitized after each use, recyclable menus and touchless QR code menus are available, and single serving condiments are provided.
