Rock’N Fish of Manhattan Beach has concocted a cocktail to cheer the winter holidays, combining classic rich eggnog, a holiday punchbowl favorite with nutty, spice flavors and a rum-laced kick to create the Rock’N Fish Eggnog Martini.
To prepare:
Combine equal parts of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Frangelico and prepared eggnog in a martini shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain beverage into a chilled martini glass with a graham cracker crust rim, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
