Chef Noah Blom adds to Shuck’s raw offerings with modern interpretations of classic dishes, including a Crab Bisque featuring fresh Dungeness Crab; House-Smoked Salmon with Caper Sauce; a classic Louie with fresh Shrimp and Crab; and a Lobster Roll featuring a full lobster per order. Chef Blom has also added a selection of tacos, including Fried Oyster, Bay Shrimp, and Sausage n’ Clam tacos.
