Strike Holdings announces that they will now carry the name Bowlmor Lanes. The rebranding will come with an addition, world famous chef, David Burke, to help with the exclusive menu. Founded in 1938 in New York City, Tom Shannon transformed the bowling alley into one of the most popular night destinations. David Burke uses his unique flair when creating his version of American classics such as his Taco Trio with Tuna Tartar, Spiced Chicken Salad and Chinese Calamari.
“As we continue to expand, we felt necessary to reflect our vision across all properties by aligning them with the original Bowlmor Lanes,” said Tom Shannon, CEO of Strike Holdings, LLC. “With the change customers can expect exciting additions to enhance their entertainment as well as the same excellent service we’ve always provided.”
The official rebranding of current Strike Bowling properties in Bethesda, Cupertino, and Orange County will take place throughout October and November.
