The Gastro Garage and the W Hollywood present TORCHED, a visually stimulating, rooftop culinary experience running on Fridays and Saturdays starting February 12 for 6 weeks. The “Gastro Mechanics” light up the sky with their one-of-a-kind, blowtorch-powered dining pop-up featuring an 8-course progressive-style dinner with stunning views of the city. The extended dates and times of the dinner series are Friday and Saturday nights, Feb. 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27 and March 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26 and 27 at 8:00pm, with two special seatings for Valentines Day (2/14) at 6:00 and 8:00pm.
