Habit Restaurants, LLC, an Irvine-based restaurant company, opened its seventh Orange County restaurant this month in Costa Mesa at 1510 Adams Avenue by Harbor Boulevard.
The Habit Burger Grill in Costa Mesa will seat 45 in the dining room and outdoor patio and employ a staff of 35. The company distinguishes itself in the fast casual burger segment with its signature Charburger, menu variety and value.
The Habit’s motto is “there’s no substitute for quality.”
The burgers at The Habit Burger are always 100% fresh ground beef, not frozen. The french fries, onion rings and sweet potato fries are 100% trans-fat free, cooked in soybean oil. Albacore is flown in fresh from Fiji three times a week.
