The Gourmet Experience, a two-day cooking and entertaining showcase, is pleased to announce that trade registration is now open. The Chef's Marketplace, sponsored by Chefs de Cuisine, introduces trade-only hours from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on October 8-9, 2011, which will allow buyers exclusive access to the event's exhibitors. The trade segment gives restaurateurs, chefs, and gourmet retailers the opportunity to source for products such as specialty foods, local and fresh farm foods, meats, poultry, cooking accessories, serving accessories, wine, beer and spirits, and restaurant support products.
Members of the trade will have admittance to an early preview of luxury food and lifestyle products, where they can:
- Taste from among the newest gourmet food products, sauces and rubs, sea salts, and high quality vinegars and oil blends available today
- Comparison shop products and services from more than 150 exhibitors
- Learn about products from beef distributors, cheese and milk boards, agriculture food associations, wine growing associations, and local farmers markets
- Discover kitchen equipment, cookware, and high quality cutlery
- Uncover new trends in casual and fine china, flatware, crystal, and tableware accessories
- Try from a selection of luxury wines, spirits, and craft beers and speak to representatives from wineries, breweries, spirit companies, and local distributors

- Shop for chefs apparel, uniforms and retail
