In 2009, San Diego will be the new home of the Western Foodservice and Hospitality Expo, as announced by Reed Exhibitions and the California Restaurant Association. The decision was made after researching among the attendees and exhibitors and ultimately receiving a positive response to moving the event further south. This year’s event will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, from Saturday, August 23 through Monday, August 25. The 2009 expo will take place at the San Diego Convention Center from Sunday, August 30 through Tuesday, September 1.
